Position Overview

A Titus Director is responsible for managing and delivering engagements to our clients. Our Directors are highly-skilled, experienced professionals who perform and oversee other Titus professionals' work on client engagements, primarily at the client's site. In addition to client service, Directors are responsible for retaining and developing employees and helping create and drive sales opportunities through working with the Titus team.

While our Directors are primarily responsible for delivering superior client services, we are looking for individuals who also want to contribute to the growth and challenge of building a successful company that is a leader in its industry.

We hire Tax Directors with the skills and experience to work on one or more of the following types of engagements:

• Annual reports
• Federal income tax compliance
• Federal, state and local and international audit assistance

• Fixed asset system conversion (including depreciation analysis)
  
• International tax compliance
  
• Legal entity rationalization and liquidation of entities
  
• Outsourcing
  
• Sales/use tax compliance
  
• Sarbanes-Oxley tax testing
  
• Short period returns
  
• Special projects including: NOL, R&D and M&E analysis
  
• Staff augmentation (short-term and long-term)
  
• State amended returns (due to federal RAR adjustments)
  
• State income/franchise tax compliance
  
• Tax basis calculations
  
• Tax calendars
  
• Tax due diligence
  
• Tax provision/FAS 109
  
• Tax research
  
• Tax software conversion

Success Factors

Successful Titus consultants have the following experience, education and personal characteristics:

• Bachelor's degree; professional certifications and/or advanced degree a plus
  
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, preferably in large companies or public accounting
  
• Big 4/Public Accounting experience preferred
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
