Position Overview

A Titus consultant is a highly-skilled, experienced professional who performs work on client engagements, primarily at the client's site. Our consultants represent Titus to clients as they work in a team environment with other Titus professionals and/or the client's internal staff. Our consultants sometimes work on one or more engagements simultaneously (or concurrently) while one engagement winds down and another begins. We expect every Titus consultant to deliver predictable, consistent and reliable service, and to develop innovative or creative solutions to clients' challenges where possible and appropriate.

While our consultants are primarily responsible for delivering superior client services, we are looking for individuals who also want to contribute to the growth and challenge of building a successful company that is the leader in its industry.

Success Factors

Successful Titus consultants have the following experience, education and personal characteristics:

• Bachelor's degree; professional certifications and/or advanced degree a plus
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in large companies or public accounting
