Position Overview

A Titus Director is responsible for managing and delivering engagements to our clients. Our Directors are highly-skilled, experienced professionals who perform and oversee other Titus professionals' work on client engagements, primarily at the client's site. In addition to client service, Directors are responsible for retaining and developing employees and helping create and drive sales opportunities through working with the Titus team.

While our Directors are primarily responsible for delivering superior client services, we are looking for individuals who also want to contribute to the growth and challenge of building a successful company that is a leader in its industry.

Titus Directors contribute to our sales and marketing efforts by building strong client relationships and by contributing to the sales process with their subject matter or industry expertise.

Success Factors

Successful Titus Directors have the following experience, education and personal characteristics:

• Bachelor's degree; professional certifications and/or advanced degree a plus
  
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, preferably in large companies or public accounting
  
• Big 4/Public Accounting experience preferred
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
